Can you imagine leaving your homeland, that you fled as a refugee, and/or left behind everything you had, needing to escape certain death if you stayed? And then coming to a new country where you don't speak the language, perhaps don't know anyone, but hoping to make a better life? Starting over anywhere new is hard enough, let along among people of a different culture with a different language. I think these people are incredibly brave! The CNA helps them with ESL classes and other services I hope my friends will help me raise $500 for this important organization back in the Pioneer Valley, where I graduated college last century!
