Treasured Friends and Strangers, I can barely imagine what horror may follow the neighbors we're here to serve. My own grief, I will summon into poems here, and active resistance. I'm supporting the Center for New Americans, who will continue to provide and expand English classes for immigrants, refugees, migrants, and asylum-seekers.
Word for word, writing these poems, I want to counteract the slander and provide welcome access for English language-seekers.
