It’s that time again--and I'm late getting going but I’m asking you to once again support me in this labor of love. The deal is, I will write a poem a day for the month of November—or write something, maybe not exactly poems, but definitely poem-ish. In exchange, you pledge your support to the Center for New Americans, an organization that does much-needed work in our community, supporting immigrants and new Americans. I’m sure I don’t need to tell you how important this is right now. So let’s do this! I may be regretting this promise as I eke out the poems, but I'll do my best to honor this organization, the folks it serves, and your generous, loving support for me and this endeavor. Thank you.
