I still remember the kindness I received when I first came to this country, and learned to live in a new culture. It is a long time ago, but the urge to help others who recently arrived and are looking for skills and support is still strong.
I feel privileged participating in this community event of art-making and immigrant support. Held by this beautiful valley, my heartfelt hope is that we inspire each other to be evermore welcoming and inclusive.
