Redolent old English Words will be the theme of Judson’s offering for the 30 Poems in November fundraiser. He will be searching for the beautiful words in great literature — Beowulf, Chaucer, Shakespeare, the Bible (King James version), Moby Dick.
Each offering will include a quote from the source, a brief note on its derivation or etymology, and a brief improvisation using the word as inspiration. Judson is happy to send contributors a poem every day through November. Just write him at judbrown47@icloud.com to subscribe.
