Once more I promise to write a poem every day in November. I hope you will support this effort which raises a considerable portion of the Center for New Americans' budget. In the past year, the Center reports they "have doubled the number of classes (and childcare sessions) we offer in Greenfield, we have launched our first class in Springfield to better welcome refugees who are being resettled in Hampden County. We are also offering classes in Northampton and Amherst and Amherst also offers free on-site childcare." With help from the CNA, a Hatian chef  "has found a way to start earning a living and sharing her culture while she waits for the legal system to provide her with more secure status" by starting a pop-up restaurant in Greenfield.    Please help the Center for New Americans by supporting my writing.
