Poetry for Community
This will be my tenth year writing poems in support of the vital work of the Center for New Americans, which offers free English classes and support services for immigrants and refugees in the Valley. The need seems greater each year, but never more than now. The 30 Poems in November literary fundraiser is a joyful way to bring community together to support the Center and welcome new immigrants to this part of the world.
