What an honor to be able to use words to make beauty and support New Americans. I'm committing to write 30 poems in November to raise funds for this group
I hope you will join my gratitude for the Center for New Americans, and the folks they support, some of the most courageous and and creative people we know. Most of us are immigrants or the decendants of immigrants, so we are kin. For my own fun, most of my poems will reflect my love of plants and gardens, and the magic of being.
