Imagine your life without the education, community and resources with which you were raised. Where would you be? How would you thrive? Or even survive? Now imagine an organization that greets people that are making new lives for themselves, often out of desperation, by providing them with the education, resources and support they need to live the American Dream. A little goes a long way. And so I am accepting this challenge to write a poem every 30 days to explore these questions.
